J-STD-001 Application Specialist Certification
- The J-STD-001 ‘Requirements for Soldered Electrical and Electronic Assemblies’ modular programme defines materials, methods and verification criteria for producing high quality soldered interconnections.
- Delegates must be trained on the introductory section, and then may train on the other modules as required. Modules include, [1] Introduction, [2] Wires and Terminals, [3] Through Hole Technology, [4] Surface Mount Technology and [5] Inspection.
- Everyone who successfully completes the J-STD-001 Application Specialist Training and examination will receive a J-STD-001 Application Specialist certificate. This certificate is valid for 2 years after the course completion date.
